[:nl]Vanaf 16 maart tot 1 mei 2015 vraagt Kences op www.wonenalsstudent.nl aan studenten hoe zij willen wonen. Dit jaarlijkse onderzoek is onderdeel van de landelijke Monitor Studentenhuisvesting. Een initiatief van Kences, de brancheorganisatie voor studentenhuisvesting. Het ministerie van BZK, Vereniging Hogescholen en de VSNU werken mee aan dit onderzoek. De ontwikkeling van studentenaantallen per studentenstad en de specifieke woonwensen van studenten worden sinds 2012 jaarlijks gemeten met de landelijke Monitor Studentenhuisvesting. De monitor is een initiatief van Kences, de brancheorganisatie voor studentenhuisvesting in samenwerking met het ministerie van BZK. De monitor is ontwikkeld door onderzoeksbureau ABF Research en wordt ook door hen uitgevoerd. Vorig jaar deden ruim 42.000 studenten mee aan het woonwensen onderzoek. Juist in deze tijd met grote veranderingen op komst is er inzicht nodig in de ontwikkeling van woonwensen. Daarmee kan het juiste aantal en soort studentenwoningen per studentenstad voor de komende jaren worden bepaald. De uitkomsten van het onderzoek bieden onmisbare marktinformatie aan studentenhuisvesters, overheden en hoger onderwijsinstelingen.
Resultaten
Op 1 oktober 2015 presenteert Kences de uitkomsten van het onderzoek in de nieuwste Monitor Studentenhuisvesting. De presentatie vindt plaats tijdens het Landelijk Congres Studentenhuisvesting in perscentrum Nieuwspoort in Den Haag. Up to date inside is necessary
The development of students in student cities and specific living requirements are measured since 2012 by the rural monitor student housing. The monitor is an initiative from Kences. The monitor is developed by investigation bureau ABF Research, and they will do the reserve as well. Last year 42.000 students joined the investigation. Now, more than ever, when big change is coming, up to date inside is necessary. This knowledge will be used to calculate how many, and the form of the new students homes that are needed. This will also be used for making the building plans in all the students city in the Netherlands.
Results
On 1 Oktober 2015 Kences presents the results of their investigation in the newest monitor student housing. The presentation takes places during the congres student housing in Nieuwspoort The Hague.
